This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the end-to-end interview process, working closely with RPO recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and timely hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones. Partner with RPO recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure efficient interview execution. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience. Maintain accurate scheduling and communication while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Preferred Qualifications Flexibility to collaborate effectively with both offshore and onsite teams. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. Experience managing interview schedules across multiple time zones. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume recruiting environment with strong attention to detail. Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
