To support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management Consultant will lead change management strategies, oversee technology-driven change implementations, and engage with C-suite executives to drive adoption and mitigate resistance. Key responsibilities Facilitate Discovery Workshops to address organizational change management fears and present strategic methodologies to executives Develop comprehensive playbooks and frameworks for readiness assessments, adoption KPIs, and training plans tailored to client needs Collaborate closely with client executives and stakeholders to implement change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and training throughout the process Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a minimum of 5 years at a top-tier consulting firm Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with executive-level ownership Direct involvement in technology-driven change initiatives such as ERP rollouts and digital transformation Demonstrated ability to engage with C-suite executives and present change management strategies effectively Strong written communication skills with the capability to produce high-quality client-ready deliverables
