A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with customers and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, and to grow with an established brand. Requirements : Experience: 1+ years of gutter installation experience Attitude: Positive, calm, team-oriented, customer-service focused Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Commitment: Looking for stability with a company that provides tons of growth opportunities Compensation: $25.00-$35.00+ per hour, and commission based project work Qualifications: Must be 18 or older Must have a valid driver’s license 3+ years of gutter installation experience About Us: We’re launching The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Northern Illinois , and we’re looking for a Lead Installer who wants more than just another installation job.
