Job Title: Enrollment Processing Assistant
Monthly Pay: $4,500 - $5,100 USD per month
Summary:
Help members move smoothly from benefits-plan applications to active enrollment. This full-time, fully remote Utah role supports accurate eligibility reviews, plan setup, and clear participant updates.
Job Responsibilities:
• Review enrollment applications for complete participant information.
• Verify eligibility details against plan requirements.
• Enter approved elections into enrollment platforms.
• Resolve missing information with participants and plan contacts.
• Maintain secure enrollment records and status notes.
Qualifications:
• Bring administrative experience or transferable coursework.
• Interpret benefits-plan eligibility rules accurately.
• Navigate enrollment portals and web-based tools.
• Protect confidential participant information consistently.
• Communicate clearly through phone and email.
